Provision of advisory, diagnostic and therapeutic assistance to patients with cardiovascular pathologies after treatment with oral anticoagulants (with atrial fibrillation with a high risk of thrombosis, with cardiac valvulopathies, with chronic heart failure and low ejection fraction, who have undergone thromboembolism, after mechanical mechanical heart valves with biological prostheses)
Timely monitoring and dose adjustment of oral anticoagulants (warfarin, thrombostop, xarelto, apixaban, dabigatran)
Suspension and subsequent resumption of oral anticoagulant therapy in surgery
