  • Provision of advisory, diagnostic and therapeutic assistance to patients with cardiovascular pathologies after treatment with oral anticoagulants (with atrial fibrillation with a high risk of thrombosis, with cardiac valvulopathies, with chronic heart failure and low ejection fraction, who have undergone thromboembolism, after mechanical mechanical heart valves with biological prostheses)
  • Timely monitoring and dose adjustment of oral anticoagulants (warfarin, thrombostop, xarelto, apixaban, dabigatran)
  • Suspension and subsequent resumption of oral anticoagulant therapy in surgery
